My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The check-in process was frustratingly slow, and the cleanliness of our room was far below acceptable standards. While the location offered great access to the river and nearby attractions, the overall lack of proper service and attention to detail left a sour taste. If cleanliness and good service are priorities for you, I suggest looking elsewhere.
